Intermittent seat controls

My Ride: "Angel I's" 2005 525i Debadged, Remote Homelink, Full Burl Package, Cold Weather PKG, Premium Sound PKG, BMW Wheel Stems, Biege Rubba Matz, EURO Tag, Dual Zone Vents, Automatic Car Ventilation, Rescue Kit. Due up: Aux Input, TINT, and K&N Filter and some Zaino LOVE for my Angel.
I was in my vehicle last night with a hotti!! Wanted to show off a bit. Told her to adjust her seat to her liking and.........NOTHING! I attempted the same..NOTHING! I turn the car off to talk a bit thinking I would give "Angel" a chance to redeem herself. BUT nothing after about 10-15 minutes , off with key removed from ignition. I then drove home and again reentre'd Angel this morning and to my surprise and SOMEWHAT relief....they work again. I've deduced it to:
Angel was jealous I was talkin sweet something to the hotti, or There's something to add to the list when it goes in for the sunroof this week. Should I be concerned? I want to purchase an extended warranty now for sure...from BMW. i currently have my warranty through G.E. capital, supposely covers more and better deductibles. Can I sell the unused portion back and buy a BMW WARRANTY? Will it cover the pads and the like or just the same items.....electronics. etc. as the G.E does? thanks.......
