Default intermittent p0011 code

I have a 2004 525i. I bought it with the check engine light on. I scanned it and the code came up as p0011. I replaced the intake cam sensor and that cleared the code for a few days. Now it just comes and goes. I can clear it and it will come back in a day or so. The part used to replace is an oem part. What else could it be?

Thank you. I'll look into it. Seems like these motors are prone to vanos failure so I might as well just pick up new seals altogether and replace them.
