Default Intermittent misfire? Or what

Help. So I have a 2004 BMW 530i and the car was perfectly fine for awhile maybe about a year since I bought it. Recently I've been noticing that as I start to drive it does 1 of 3 things, it will take off like a bat out of hell as it is supposed to, get to the 3rd gear and want to go all the way up to 45 hundred RPM just to shift and than studder until I get through the rest of the gears. Or 2 it will take a little bit to get up to even let's say 40 mph as if I'm leaving a red light on normal throttle. Or 3 while driving it studders so bad I have to either take my foot off the throttle alittle bit to get it to stop and go back to normal or speed up for the same. Now in the process of doing all of this the car has brand new spark plugs, coils, injectors and MAF. What is wrong with this car!? I know it says my banks 1-2 are rich.

Bad ground of engine may cause intermittent weak spark for rich running. Check grounds. Short on supply to engine electronics can create odd symptoms as well. If you had water get in somewhere, the water shifting around may temporarily suppress voltages and cause odd control actions as you drive. Had water on lighting module that would prevent start. May have had some odd stumbling for engine while running for same reason.

Reading the DTC codes would help you immensely.
