So I'm looking closely at my car in the sunlight the other day, and noticed there are three diffrent shades of Anthrecite trim inside my car. That's a quality controll issue from the factory. Anyway, brought it up to the service department and they agree. They are going to replace it all. How could something like that pass quality controll?

This pic still cracks me up! I mean, C'mon! Maybe it's that beer is an acceptable beverage on their work day lunches?

Even when my E60 was delivered, there was a gash in the door pull on the driver's side. The dealer had to order a new Poplar stip to replace it.
