The door seals that you talk are the rubber that circumvent the doors?

Thanks

If its like creaking sounds similar to the body of the car being flexed, then I supposed its the door seals ( the black rubber tube that goes around the door and also there's a rubber flap beneath the door) being dry or something. Give it a wipe down using rubber conditioners and check how is it. Some would suggest vaseline for longer lasting effects. The sound will come back after some time.

Dealers would stick a 3M friction tape to mitigate this issue near the door sills I heard. Try if it helps.

This is a known problem. You can either replace the door seals or just put a little Vaseline on the felt material on top of the door seals. That should make the problem go away for several months.
