It's the right rear.
Drivers door has all four switches and it is definately the left side of the car, so rear left.

You're probably right that it's a rear door Iceman but pick one -- your post says both.

Also, it's doubtful but there's still a possibility that it's the left front on a right-hand drive car. (I know, we don't have anything better to do...)

Damn, I did it again.
Rear left, drivers side!!!

You can see the front seat and the windshield...
In his location they have left hand drive.


And, guess what...
I just noticed he posted it right above the picture:
