9C55 Condestion sensor- should be under the rear view mirror
LM Codes are for lights (ex A8BD- Tag light) you could have faulty cables with that many errors
9FF1 Steering Wheel angle sensor line interruption
more to follow

It seem like you have a electrical issue that probably will be fixed by an alternator and/or battery change. I would start there clear the codes and see what pops up afterwards.

I googled it. They are in other forums with fixes. If you google BMW error code XXXX they will come up. These codes are BMW specific. You will get the hang of it the longer you have your car and DIY

29CF - Misfire cylinder 3
29D9 - Misfirings in case of tank filling level too low
2C24 - Lambda proben in front of catalytic converter, muddled
29CD - Misfire cylinder 1
29CE - Misfirings, cylinder 2
2E1A - Ignition cylinder 3
29CC - Misfire, several cylinders
29D1 - Misfire cylinder 5
29D2 - Misfire cylinder 6
29D0 - Misfire cylinder 4
I believe I can figure out how to fix the codes related to the ignition coils and plugs.
What I don't understand is the error code 2C24 - Lambda proben in front of catalytic converter, muddled. Is this an O2 Sensor issue?

It depends. If this car has been driving with misfires for too long it could mess up the whole system. o2 sensors and cat. I would first start by fixing the misfires. Plugs, then coils, then injector cleaning/replacement. Once you have cleared all codes drive a while to see if you get any codes back. If so then change the o2 sensors which will cause the cat to go bad. Check for bad connection on down pipe which is usually the culprit along with bad injector. Make sure you either clean injector first and test it before replacing. You dont want to spend money when it is not needed. More than likely your cat is not bad you just have a lot of issues upstream

Thanks. Could it have happened during the intake manifold gasket replacement? Maybe I should've cleaned the intake?
Also, after the gasket repairs--at one time--the engine ran smooth and I took it out for a quick spin with no issue. Since then its rough as I mentioned but sometimes will fix itself while running on park and then go back to being rough without a restart. Perhaps it is the injectors. I'll try you sequence. Thanks again for all the help.
