Your Mass Air Flow sensor is located just after the air filter. You'll see a connector (MAF inside tube) going into the long tube just before the throttle body.

Hey, hoping this will help you. I had the EXACT same code + 1 more p0171..
I did not know what it was and DIS/INPA was not being clear. I replaced the fuel evap pump sensor, that did not fix it. I then went to a local mechanic (friend of mine) and did a SMOKE test. I found i had 2 leaks (cracked hoses). one was the skinny hose that goes from the intake manifold to the CCV.
Another one was the oil filter housing hose (it looks like it is wrapped around in this lint, sort of like a bathroom hose.) After replacing these 2 hoses (around 30$) The problem has dissappeared, not bothering me now. Hope this helps.
