Hey people can anyone shed some light on this issue recently in stalled new k&n filter and ignition coils and about year ago installed new secondary air valve and hoses not the hole complete ccv kit .but intill now ses light with the increased emission fault reappeard I checked 50amp fuse in the glove box and the relay in the engine compartment they checked out ok .I ran the scan tool and I got the fault code P0411 SECONDARY AIR INJECTION System incorrect flow detected * Open or short in the air bypass solenoid Faulty air by pass faulty air pump .but the air pump is not burned out I bench tested and it blows .Thanks again people -

It sounds like a restriction most likely carbon in the secondary air system . The pump is blowing but not reaching the exhaust because of blockage .
