Default Increased Battery Discharge

I have really gotten fed up with this issue. I have had this car for almost a year and it has about 110k miles. It's gotten to the point where almost every time I get into the car, no matter how long I was away (even as short as 15 minutes). I have had the battery recharged and that didn't seem to fix anything, but the battery was tested and seems to still be strong. My radio shuts off instantly when the ignition is turned off, even if the keys are still in the ignition. The running lights don't do their gradual glow when the car is unlocked anymore, and a few other small electrical functions are now seemingly disabled. The car seems to put itself into a sleep mode in order to maintain the little battery power remaining in order to start the car. But, this means every time I get into my car, my trip computer, mpg, date and time are all set back to 0, which is beyond frustrating. Any Ideas?

How old is the battery? Even if it "checks out" OK, it could still be bad, especially if it is over 3 years old.

a parasitic draw test should be carried out to rule out, or rule in, a parasitic current draw, that triggers a high rate battery discharge.

also, the IBS can be suspected.

I will try a draw test, if not I will probably just replace the battery.
