I'm prety much done with my car!

Im going to bet its the voltage regulator in the alternator. Had problems specially at cold weathers, with lots of error messages on the I-drive, and the car left me on the road once, started to lose consumers and eventually had to pull over. Regulator costs about 120 euros here in Finland and the job is easy to DIY. The old regulators carbon bits(or whats it called) was worn and there was barely a contact to the shaft. INPA- diagnostic found faultcodes of overvoltage in several modules, over 18volts. Overvoltage in the system shuts down consumers to avoid damage to the modules-> lots of faultcodes. Hope this helps to clear things out.

Fortunatly for this guy all his performance mods according to his sig (- the springs) are all Dinan mods. According to Dinan, they have an agreement with BMW North America that allows you to install Dinan mods without voiding Original warrenty. So if these parts or within that policy than they should be covered.
