Default Ihka not work

H​I can someone hellp me please?
I have problem with ihka
When I finished replacing the heating regulator, ihka it stopped working, it doesn't light up, it doesn't respond.
All fuses its Ok, when I use new ihka its the same. I don't see any damaged cable. When I check on the first connector from the left on ihka it has 0 volts

Did you unplug the battery before doing the work?

Do you notice anything else not working in the car. That's a big job to keep the battery plugged up so you may have damaged something else.

Have you looked for codes? Have you unplugged the battery for 15 mins? How far have you traced your work to ensure you didn't miss anything while putting it back together?

Everything else works, I assembled everything correctly and connected it
now I waiting for inpa dignostics on suturday
