Sorry to hear about that, bro. I don't have the answer, but I wanted to give you a little moral support. G/L

Take it in to your SA, I had a problem similiar to this and It was a problem with my "ground strap". So there may be some type of grounding issue. Just a guess however. GL

Your vehicle needs :
?
1. intake and exhaust cam sensors- parts and labor total =$680
?
2. valve cover gasket seaping oil onto your exhaust ( which causes your Service Engine soon light to come on ,and can make your vehicle misfire, if oil gets into your spark plug holes )? - parts and labor =$555
?
3. four wheel alignment?( by looking at the undercarraige, no adjustment has ever been made,?alignments are recommended at 30,000miles?) =189.00
?
4. fuel induction service ( fuel system cleaning of the fuel lines &injectors) parts and labor =$189
?
5. power steering flush ( new fluid that runs through pump and all power steering lines)? parts and labor = $163
?
6. passenger seat occupancy recall - covered under warranty
?
?And that doesn't include another sensor which costs 300 dollars.....FML!

I don't know about the rest, but you can take the car to an independent for the 4-wheel alignment and save yourself about $100.

Just so were on the same page, my cars a 04 530i with 36 k miles, 34 by me when I bought it in 2004...
I'm absolutely disguisted.....
I also have a 99 mustang with almost 90k miles on it, and with that I had to change the clutch once and that's it....

Very disapointed with my Beamer
