Building off my last couple of posts: why don't you find an E39 540i? I've seen so many around the $20K range and they looked amazing. I'm not sure on miles, but if you're looking for power, why not got for a slightly older model, possible CPO though so a warranty and such, and enjoy that?

Look at this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-BMW-M5...%3A1|240%3A1318

Unless you don't want too much power, there's alot of great buys. And unless you really love the look of the E60, you could definitely settle for an E39 and haul ass in that Dinan M5.

I'm not really after huge power. I'm getting out of a 2000 Lincoln LS with 255hp and didn't want to suffer a major let down in regards to power.

And I may have found a 530i black on black with my fob key. =) I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Well then it seems the 525 would be a bit of a setback but the 530 should do you fine. Or you could do an E39 540i.

they are both 06s? Do not know why one would have a keyfob and the other would not. If you are talking comfort access that is different. The 530 has a key with no start button? Odd!

I've been thinking about that, you know. I saw the 2006 brochure and it debuted all 06's have the fob key.

I would go with the 525. You get a lot with the premium package plus it has sport package and is a manual. Are these cars CPO's?
