Took the car in yesterday and she's all fixed. They didn't need to replace any parts, just a software upgrade. Too bad it took soooo long to get resolved, but happy it's now working.

If you don't have Navigation then check under your spare for the MPM module. More than likely thats your issue. You can check this by hooking up INPA or ISTA to read codes. If replaced no programming needed. It's a plug and play module.
If you have Navigation then your CCC is bad and need to be replaced.

I just unplug central control display I plug back and the screen is black no power , i check the fuse and is fine I no have clue ?????? I need help
