hey guys, i searched the manual and the forums and still can't find an answer so am wondering if you guys can help.
i recently drove an 08 X5 as a loaner when i got my car in for service. awesome suv by the way...
i noticed that the iDrive displays the song title and artist on the bottom left corner of the screen when playing the radio and i thought it was pretty cool and if my 535i's iDrive will do the same. Can anyone advise if this is just a simple option that i can activate or do i have to get the progman updated?

Try to enable the RDS option in the iDrive.

Where is the RDS option? On our UK 535d we either have RDS display on or off depending on which of our two keys we use - it's driving me nuts trying to finds the option required to enable RDS. It's not on the station Save/Scan/TP pop-up window.
I got 2 new keys to my E61 and now RDS seems to be off. Also I didn't found out that RDS selection. Can it be somewhere hidden or is it SW version topic ?
