My iDrive intermittently goes blank, see the attached photos, for about 30 seconds and then reverts to my normal settings. This happens from time to time. Maybe one day and then a few days later. has anyone else had this happen to them, and what was done by BMW service? I brought this up with my SA but they were not able to replicate while they had the car. I will be forwarding these photos to them, later today to see their response. Or is this normal, and I have to assign a function to the memory keys?
Thanks

Thse memory keys are pressure/touch sensitive as well. do you happen to remember if you swiped your hand across the memory keys with a bit of pressure? Perhaps while reaching for another button (climate control, radio, etc...)
