iDrive Freezing SIB

My Ride: 2005 545i E60 Orient Blau Metallic
Premium, NAV, Winter Package, Heads Up Display, Logic 7 Audio, AngeliBright Upgrade [White], M5 Body Kit, M Embroidered Seats
All:
My iDrive started to 'Freeze' at the Accept screen recently. No matter what I did, including coming back in 30 mins, the screen wouldn't go past the "Accept" button. Very annoying as I the CD wouldn't turn on and none of the electronics were accessible. The PDC would beep, though, when reversing but the screen wouldn't change..
Anyways, took it to my dealer who tells me that there is a SIB out on this issue and a reprogram was in order to the latest SW. Just thought I would share with all of you in case you experience similar problemos.
I don't know what the SIB #s are or what the content is but if anyone has this info - please post here.....

Yes, you are more thouoghtful than I. I had freeze and it was fixed with update.
There is a temporary fix of the computer reset, search site for it (I think it is DVD eject, CD eject, entertainment on/off button all pressed together)
