In earlier post in mentioned the Dealer had corrupted my Idrive (M-ASK) software or cause hardware failure while reprograming the car after a service. I'm am not getting any movement out of them taking responsibility and replacing the unit. Given that does anyone know if there is a USA repair shop. Given this is my screen and having a third party tell me that it cannot be simply reset. What are my options? Replace with new updated unit, repair this unit, or risk paying $300-$400 on used unit that may or may not work? Do they even sell a new MASK anymore?

If the dealer broke it they should fix it. First, move up the chain in the service dept. Don't take no for an answer. If nothing, call BMWNA. If nothing, sue dealer in small claims.
