Hello guys!

I was gone on a worldwide trip for about two and a half weeks. When I came back, I started the car and went to a few places and everything was fine. A few days later, I got these two error messages in my iDrive:

ABS braking driving stab brake and drive control system malfunction

and

Flat Tire monitor malfunction

I let the car sit for a whole day, thinking it might go away, reset itself, etc. But the messages still come on. I don't notice any decrease in the breaking system or anything. I tried searching on the forums for the same error messages but was unable to find anything related. Any help would be appreicated. Thanks!

That's typical of a weak battery!

+1 ... esp after your car sat for a long period of time those multiple alerts point to a weak battery. Try to use a battery tender to resuscitate it. Search Battery issues - there are a ton of them!

Hmmmm...this is really interesting.

I have just booked the car in for next week for the same 2 issues - ABS control failure and a the tyre monitor failure. The idrive also seems to reset itself. The screen turns off and then back on, does that happen to yours too? All faults disappear after a couple of miles....

Did you use a battery tender?
