pole, Are you share your car is going to sleep? Is the orange light next to the gear selector going out within 1 hour of your closing the car up? The light going out is your confirmation the car has gone to sleep.

Here are several BMW after sales training documents on the e60 Voltage Supply and Bus System, 5Series Bus System Overview and e60 General Vehicle Electrical System.

Here: https://www.newtis.info is EVERYTHING for your BMW, every wiring diagram, every repair manual. I do know for sure the procedure is there also, because I checked it a few weeks ago (and found it easily) but I'm lost today.

Edit: Here: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...rgy-diagnosis/

Look for your car of course.
Thank you very much sir! it is much appreciated.

edit: I dont't seem to find that tis procedure no. 61039947 reference, it is mentions at "how to perform drain test", but there is no link to it, and I can't locate it...

yup, orange light goes dark. I actually tried some parasitic draw test, with a multimeter myself, it reads 0.01mA, so no draw basically, but I still get low battery after 2 days... this is really weird.

thank you!
