Man, i know! I have Jet Black 545i - washing it every week! And still, u can see the dust on it after 2 days. It's my second black BMW and im so tired already. Plus, u can see all little scretches and marks on it. I'm thinking to detali it soon - polish and stuff..
But still, it's classic color for BMW and it looks great. Not practical at all though..BTW white is hard to keep clean too.
