My Ride: 07 BMW 525i Premium Package, Xenon Lighting Package, manual Transmission. Titanium Grey, 20% Tint around the back, 70% V-Kool on front. Planned mods: Style 71 wheels with Toyo Proxy 4 tires, Sachs suspension upgrade, upgraded stereo, and many more to come.

My car is in the dealer for the SZL module, they say they are not sure how long will the wait be for the part to come in. Car is in the shop since Tuesday, today they swap me from a Jeep Liberty to the X3. The Jeep with 10k miles is alot noisier than my 120k miles accord. The X3 is a lot better, but the interior is quite dirty and the engine seems kind of noisy and beat up...
I was offered a red X5 4.4i but since I got the X5 3.0 at home I thought I would try the X3, guess I should pack the V8 powered X5....

Bottom line, I want my car back! Do dealers let you drive you car while you are waiting for the SZL?

Been there. It will all be good when you get it back. At the start of the problem, I was told no problem drving it with the failure. But my SA later told me they had receieved an update that it could be an actual safety hazard and not to release cars until it was replaced. Maybe overly cautous but one member of the board reported brake problems related to her failure, so why risk it? You should be good to go early next week.
