Got a flat on my 545 Sport, its going to be $320 for the front 245/40-18, maybe less with my BMWCCA discount. Anyway I pushed the SOS button on the overhead console, an operator answered, asked a few questions and took my cell number. About five minutes later an automated service told me it would be 45 minutes before someone came to me. But in only 20 minutes a guy was there and put on the donut and was off. BMW Assist said the first $100 was on them and I'm guessing that since I did not get a bill that it was $100 or under.
Other than the cost of the new tire (waiting for a call back from BMW trying to locate one) not a bad experience.

 

I purchased a 4 year road hazzard tire warranty for $495. With the price of tires, this is cheap.

I had a puncutre around 2k miles in one of my run-flats. $461.50 installed at the dealer.

I submitted the paperwork so we'll see what my reimb. is.
