I changed over to my summer tires 2 weeks ago and now this! Argh!

I never drove a car with snow tire before. Is it really make such big difference compare with summer tire??
How are snow tires handling compare with snow chain.

Like night and day ... with summers, you can't even move on a snow covered road, but with winters, you cut through it like a hot knife through butter

I have xi, and am always wondering whether xi or snow tires handle snow better.

Snow tires.

AWD with regular tires is only a little bit better than RWD with regular tires.
RWD with snow tires is better than AWD with regular tires.
AWD with snow tires is the best combo.
