Found a screen for 200 bucks. If I get a fully working screen, I'll have a spare LOL - what mod can I do with that? Maybe a third binnacle in front of the passenger? 
I don't know if this screen will work for anything else, but I'd definitely try...

And I TOTALLY deserve it! Totally! You're right - I'm a friggin idiot! There's really no other explanation for this and I will deal with this, like I would deal with any f*ck up of my own "design" - I'll claim insurance No, I'm joking, of course. I'm not so retarded that I would actually do that - guess that's the difference between the 18yo me and the 31yo me
Actually, I was running down some concrete stairs, while at this pajama/lingerie party this past Saturday (yeah, pajama/lingerie party - don't ask LOL ) and my iPhone was sort of just tucked into my "I don't kiss and smurf" boxers (again, don't ask ) - point is, the phone fell out and hit like 12 stairs before finally coming to rest. I pick it up and I'm like "it broke for sure" - looked at it, its showing "no sim card installed" - I'm like 
But then, I noticed the sim card sticking out a little, so I pressed it back in and PRESTO - the phone is working. Its a tough lil MoFo apparently... anyway... I can't wait for the 4G to finally come out I'll throw that at something else and see what brakes too hahahaha
