Hi, Guys if you wanna get the best service, you need to find the best advisor works in ur local BMW.
my advisor took really care of me. he changed the battery for my 2008 X5 for free. I was supposed to pay about $400 to replace it but the advisor reported that it was a factory problem where all the expense must be covered by the dealer. This it not the first time he took care of me. the towing cover in the rear bumper for my brother's e92 coupe was stolen and he reported that it fell off so the warranty cover all the expense including paint job. am so lucky that I know that guy. hope u could find one like him

Glad to hear you found a good SA.
If all the SA's are like that, BMW dealers won't be able to maintain those nice buildings with all those people working in them.

I have a great one at my local dealer but there is another one there with the same name. We got the wrong one once by asking for him on a first name basis and got the wrong person. That was a big mistake, service engine indicator left and he messed up loaner car process so we had to wait 4hrs for regular service.
