The dealership I went to is offering up to $7000 as an incentive/cash reward (the $7000 is for the 745), for the 545 and 645 it was $3000. What they do is set aside the $3000 in an account, its sponsored through an outside company. When you purchase your vehicle you have to mail in a certificate verifying the amount your entitled to. At the end of the 39 month, you mail in another certificate(validation) and they send you your check. It doesn't matter if you sell the car. It's not really a rebate, but somewhat similar except if you don't claim your money the dealer will get it.
