I guess I have been babying my car. Yesterday out for a short fast drive, I ran across a new Chrysler SRT. This isn't a kill story, rather when I gunned it I pressed the pedal to the floor for the very first time and realized something...There seems to be a two phase resistance in the pedal. You press a little and the accelerator seems to come to full travel. I pressed a little farther and ZOOM! . I guess I just never noticed it before. I am yet again impressed with my 550i. I assume at some point it will max out, but until it does I LOVE this car!!!!!

No fair! Leaving us in the dark like that especially against the Chrysler 300 SRT8. So, how did it go?

The way to use the E60 gas pedal in performance mode is holding the gas pedal at around 3K rpm, release it a little bit, and stomp on it. It requires some practice, and you'll see a lot. I mean a lot of torque and power coming out of our E60. Mine is just M54 225hp engine and I already feel so much power and fun.
