My Ride: 520D 2006 - Media Package, M-tec Kit, Lighting package, extended lights, Leather seats, Auto High beam. Carbon Black, with black leather.

I know this has been covered alot, but i've used the search button and checked out all the existing threads and can't find my answer.

My car has professional nav - and i can get into the secret menu which has 'no useful' information. But I came across a thread which said there was a way to see the exact speed/engine temp/various other senors on a secret menu. And my question is how do you get to that one?

Also when holding down the reset button on the dials, i only have 9 options to choose from - could someone explain how to get the other options.

Thanks.

I saw that thread, but it doesn't tell you how to get to that menu. It simply talks about it?

There's more than one thread in my link. I haven't read any of them myself, but Rudy's links are usually spot on.

Sorry if they are of no help.

I think you want to at least try this thread which discusses the Instrument Cluster hidden menu not th e iDrive. I have been in it using these instructions, but it has been awhile. I did adjust my MPG calculation (made it much worse so do need to try to fix it). I am not exactly sure I used this thread but I do have a hard printed copy of teh instructions at home which will have th einfo and I'll check it later tonight.
