I-drive screen discoloration???

Could there be a possibility that the I-drive LCD screen become discolored?
I realized that as I look at the main screen with the 4 options (brown screen), there are irregular colorings throughout the picture, and with some faint tints of green throughout the screen... the brown colors are not as distinct... and some areas are lighter and darker throughout.... I didn't leave any pictures on for too long, which I think shouldn't cause the problem... I turned off my car after realizing this, but not sure how it will be next day... is that a serious problem? is it only temporarily?

Funny you mention that. I took my car in to have the CCC replaced last week and they upgraded to 17.1 I could swear that it was more faint, but the service tech said it looked normal. I was wondering if it was just me since I was without the car for nearly a week. Hmmm.....
yes i would like to see the pics if ya have them. Mine goes in tomorrow for a bunch of stuff, and i felt my screens colors were faint and not bold enought, is this how they are suppost to be
