Hub assembly replacement, need DIY help
Hello, I own an '06 530i. My driver side front wheel has developed and annoying wobble/viberation around the 70mph+ range. I recently did a front brake job on the car and when I spun the wheel I noticed a wave motion in the rotation. The passenger side spun on a straight line. Initially I thought I bought a bum rotor, so I exchanged it and the 2nd one did the same thing as the 1st one. I believe the wheel bearing/hub assembly is at fault.
I've done this job on my 99' E46 328i and it was a piece of cake. I'm wondering if the 530i is as easy. Has anyone out there performed this job?

the easy way is to remove entire front axle, to do it on a car is a PITA
done it on E39 should be the same for E60

Front axle? This is a rear wheel drive car, don't recall seeking axles up front. I need to take a closer look. Can't recall if I saw an axle nut up front. Really wasn't paying close attention. I guess if there's front axles it would be apart of some traction control set-up.
