how to register battery in INPA?

Hello,


I have an N52 engine and want to register a battery. I'm trying to use INPA but I don't see my engine listed, just the M54 for the E60. Can I use that file?


Also, do you have a link to using NCSExpert to read the CAS module so that I can check what battery amperage it's configured for?

Invest in Carly for BMW and get the right OBD dongle for your smart phone. It will be a few bucks, but it does a lot and you can register your battery and change it's type also. You can then use it to look for all the codes pretty easily.
