this is what i've been doing, i had problem after two weeks upon buying the car, the engine was shaking and i was actually stuck in the freeway, but now no problems at all, so i hope it will stay that way and besides my mileage is around 37K miles so i still maybe a year more before 50k

just remember we are a voicetouriois bunch and account for only a very small sample. I would not say they are perfect bit like as technology get more complicated tv more things are bound to have glitches

ALL THIS and I still love my car. Its like an abusive relationship.
Never truer words spoken. I bought an E60 off warranty and my bank regrets it, I don't care because I love my car .

I'm also somewhat disappointed in the number of times I've had to bring my car into the dealer for miscellaneous problems and issues. My old Honda was more reliable, but half the fun to drive!

Well my car is still at the dealership. They fixed the active steering but it was just a re-calibration, they also fixed the seat mat for the airbag warning but said it wasn't a recall but covered it under warranty. There was a light issue they also had to fix for the BMW emblem lights when you get in the car. Radiator was fixed and i got a full flush for free with it...

Unfortunately the noise from the AC that has been there for a month mysteriously stopped the DAY I BRING IT IN so they can't fix that.

Then they call me today to tell me that they are getting faults due to low voltage and i need a new battery which isn't a warranty item and thats a cool $372... I could have done it myself but with how sensative the electrical system is i figured i wouldn't screw with it... How long do the batteries usually last for these cars?

God let this be the last trip for a while.
