I run the same size tires as you are now (F - 245/35/20, R - 285/30/20). I am running 40psi in the front and 38 in the rear. A lot of others run near 35 PSI, but since I have coilovers I wanted the tires a little stiffer as well.
BTW, you're a brave man running 25 sidewalls in NYC - eesh, I am not that brave
