You may actually be able to buff it out, can't really tell from those pics. I was hit across the front bumper to the back panel with a large scratch across. No dents somehow and I buffed it out in 30 minutes, it looked much worse. Yours may be deeper though, I think mine may have been mostly tire.

 

you could buff it out with hours of buffing on heavy duty rubbing compounds if your low in budget, or u could go ahead let the body shop get it done by touching it up for u. Not much.
