How do you reset transmission adaptation parameters?

My Ride: 545i

Not talking about the 25second gas pedal trick. Is it possible through an OBD2 device? Is there a reset button?

Preferably I would like the adaptation either removed all together or reset every time you turn the car on.

Is this possible?
