How do you remove the door panels?

Door panel removal flow chart:
1. Drink four beers.
2. Get screwdriver.
3. Drink two beers.
4. Scratch head.
5. Think about what's behind door panels.
6. Drive 545 around block, fast, twice.
7. Drink three beers.
8. Drink a beer.
9. Get a crowbar.
10. Go to sleep and/or pass out.
11. Take BMW to shop in morning, and tell service manager that door panels were vandalized during the night by a sleeper cell of crowbar wielding madmen.

im running mb quartz discus 110 fronts stock factory subs( under the seats ) alpine rear 10w7 HO jl box alpine amp mrd 1000 and mrv -f540 and alpine headunit 7998

I met you at HID in San diego right as you were leaving. You were using an alpine remote and pointing it towards the idrive screen. Can you explain what this was.
