How do you adjust the headlights?

Thats how they are supposed to be. Assuming you are in a LHD e60, in the states, it is to no blind oncoming traffic.

Probably because other people will notice it and think it's weird since they don't know it's supposed to be like that? I didn't know the reason why, hell, I didn't even notice it on my car. When I turn the lights on against the white garage wall, it didn't look off. What I did notice just yesterday, though, was that some light goes on in front when I shift into reverse, and then off when I'm back in drive.
