How do u turn on Angel eye/Fog light

Wanted to know if there is a way to turn on the angel eyes along with the fog lights at the same time without your low beam headlights turning on? Right now if I turn on my fog lights, my low beams turn on automatically with it.

I think you guys missed the question he said w/o the low beams. I think I read somewhere one time that its a dealer option you can go to the dealer and have them switch it off however some e60s have it some dnt

^^^^^The low beams come on with the halos dont they? now how is he supposed to have the halos on w/o the low beams if there is no switch to turn off the lowbeams

light switch to parking light position (one click to the right) + fog light switch to "on"
