greetings,
just as the title says, i am trying to match paint to paint the new front bumper and feel i should bring them the fuel hatch door so they can light match the color off my silver gray e60. (A08?)
i think the front oem bumper may have been resprayed. well according to the body man in the family they think its been resprayed. i however didn't notice it.
taking their word, removing that little hatch door may be my best shot to get it match correctly..
any ideas? im not sure a tow hook cover would be a good option either, as there is very little surface area.
help!
thanks

with the door open....simply give it a tug outward. it will pop right off...
its held onto the folding assembly by a simple clamping mechanism. PM me if it doesnt work...ill create a video on how to do it and upload if need be....it takes 10 seconds to remove.
