I recommend you try taking a picture of your headlight pattern against a wall or garage door to confirm before you look for the instructions about making any adjustments.
There are two white dials w/ hexagonal insert on top of the left and right headlights. The outer one controls the left/right aiming. The inner one controls up/down aiming. You can adjust it however you like, just be careful not to blind oncoming traffic - xenons are crazy bright.

This is normal over time from hitting bumps and normal driving the headlights need to be adjusted. I adjusted my after lowering my car. Open the hood at night against a closed garage. Turn on your lights and grab a 6 corner screw driver end tip. There are holes on both sides on top of the headlights to turn and adjust. Pretty simple once you do it.

Yeah it's normal for the driver side headlight to be lower than the passenger side.
