Main concerns are the PDCs and headlight washers. Do I take off the front bumper and detach all connectors? How do I remove the washers? Do I have to pry it out open first, then how do I detach it from the actual washer to the washer cap?
Also, do I remove the PDCs after the bar is off the car? (seems the most logical?)
I've had a look at a few write ups but they kind of zoom past these steps.
I've had a look at the M5 style, and the washers just come off once pushed (ofcourse from the inside out) out. They have two rings on the sides which I assume is where they attach?
Any help would be great

As I know it, these items are contained in the bumper and once you pull you bumper away from the car a little you will have to disconect the wires harness's and water connections. Then complete the bumper removal.
