'04 525i to '08 535i?

My Ride: Stock 2004 BMW 525i
'04 525i to '08 535i?
Going too look at and test drive the following 2008 "Jet Black" 535i tomorrow. The dealer is asking $15.9K which is about $1500 over market price but if I can get a good deal with refinancing at or lower than what I currently pay I may soon be boosted. My '04 525i has just under 91K miles and this '08 535i has just over 91K miles with a clean CarFax, thoughts?
