Exactly what Iceman said, they will replace the burned portion of the side bolster including all heating elements in both front seats. I will keep everyone filled in when I get it back from service. It will be about 2 to 3 days.

I got my car back tonight. They replaced the heater elements in both front seats. But they could not replace the burnt left bolster, there is a back order on this part. I have to wait 8 to 10 days for the part to come in.

I can post some pics if anyone is interested in seeing the burn hole in the leather.
