Horrible noise on cold start

My car made a horrible noise that lasted about 10-15 seconds on a cold start this morning. It was parked in my garage for 4 days without running. All fluids are full and it ran fine last week. Is this trouble?

My Ride: 2005 545i SMG. Titanium Grey with Grey interior and Anthracite wood.
I had a 2001 325i which did the same. It was the syrpentine belt pre-tentioner. It was a high pitch squeel. My servie advisor didn't belive me untill I took a video camera and recorded the car on a cold-start morning. Once the car is warm, the squeel went away.
