I did a fix 2 days ago.
Change all the belt drive pulleys.
It started to make nosies and all the pulleys have movements in them.
The barring have started to ware out.
I see that there must be something wrong with the old set coz they have stop making them.
so guy best check it out in your 03 and 06 cars
the old belt drive has been discontinued
so I had to buy a new hole set for my 04 car
old set

Thanks for sharing. Is this normal to have such problem at certain mileage / year ? Or is it because of driving habbit or other factor ? I believe your 04 has about 56K and I am surprised that it needs to be replaced so soon.

Need some studs to make it a SM.
People call it the car bra. That's what they used during the 80s (mostly in American cars). But now there is the 3M clear coating for protection, why would anyone still want to wear "bra" ? ![Think](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/think.gif)
