Hi,
I try to purchase a used 530i. I went to the 2nd hand car dealer in Kowloon Bay. He demands me signing the sales agreement before test driving the car. Is this a common practise in Hong Kong? It sounds too crazy to be true? The used car dealer insists it is a common practise???
Pingu: thanks for ur PM!

Pingu! I went to BMWHK during the weekend and found that the steering wheel (w/ airbag) is selling for $9800~~~ Not so bad! I think I will go for it, atleast I don't need to worry about the airbag and shipping cost... ...!! Thanks everyone for the info!!
