See that felted surface? I needed that on the sealing rubber near the bottom edge of the windows on my Panny, because the tint on my Panny always get scratched by the original bare surfaced sealing rubber (a common issue with Panny), for details, check that website on the photo

Yes, the police turn down the limit recently because they want to get more money.

Previously, only over 15KM will flash because it requires at least 3 points punishment. Now, over 10KM will flash, no points deduction but still need to pay.
