sure if I know anyone looking to rent a place, I will send them ur way.
anyway, you should thank the developer bcos they have set a good market price for you.
just tell the estate agency if they rent it out within 2 months, they will get double commission. make sure you put it in writing on the agreement w them though.

you can see that he put his foot down and the car jerked a bit and started to wheel spin
it can be many things but I know 1 thing learned from F1 is that the tyres need to be warmed up a lot in wet to keep the grip which I know he has not done a brunout before putting his foot down.
also it a 1M which means loads of power and a very light car which is not good to drive fast in wet.

2> He should apply more pedal instead of brake after started spin.
He made a 2 wrong decisions and got a bad result.
think too he is practicing a power slide.
believe it or not, in a stock bmw e90, when the backend starts to kick out, you need to back off the gas, otherwise the rear end will go further out despite opposite steering lock. not much fun if you were keith but a safe set up for the general publics.

Took up a used 07 E60 525i and changed the stock rims into cheap cheap 18" rims...
white colour side light bulb @ HK$96 and 10 mins work after reading pinkuhk's post
Found a couple paint chips on the back door and would like to ask is it necessary to paint the whole door? Any good touch up work from shops recommend in HK?
Considering M-Tech kit next.....
